Jiaqing Wilson-Yang is a writer and gender based violence support worker living in Toronto, Ontario on the Dish with One Spoon Territory. Her work has appeared in Poetry is Dead, Rice Paper Magazine, Carte Blanche, Maisonnevue, and Room Magazine. Her novel, Small Beauty (Metonymy, 2016), won the 2016 Lambda Literary Award for Transgender Fiction and received an Dayne Ogilvie Honour of Distinction for emerging LGBTQIA+ authors from the Writer's Trust of Canada.
