Joamette Gil is a queer Afro-Cuban cartoonist with disabilities, hopes, and dreams. She is best known for her award-winning publishing company P&M Press, home to the POWER & MAGIC anthology series about queer witches of color, and HEARTWOOD: Non-binary Tales of Sylvan Fantasy. When she's not making comics, lettering comics, or editing comics, she's barking loudly about Latin American history and cooking up new ways to give marginalized creators money.

You can find her and all that she entails on her website and Twitter. Also, visit Power & Magic Press!!!
